Arriving at the half waypoint of this school year we our organization as successful as ever. Some of the reasons for that is the outstanding quality of our teachers and managers. Vicky Conway teaches both water and chair exercise at Belle Terre Swim & Racquet Club, and is also part of the staff at the Wellness Center. She is a wonderful person and an exemplary employee. Several months ago she learned the Disabled Veterans Administration's pantry had run out of food. Vicky promptly started a food drive; she put a box in the lobby of the Wellness Center, started filling it herself, and encouraged members to do the same. The members have responded wonderfully. Because of Vicky and the BTSRC members the DVA pantry now has a surplus.
Our extended day program has also had many thank you’s from the community. Below is a letter complimenting one of our talented site managers.
Hi! I wanted to tell you and your staff "Thanks" for all you have done for both Cameron and Joshua. Joshua is maturing and coping so well due to your love and support. You are so good with the kids! I marvel at your program! It is top-notch! Every one of those children is engaged and having a pleasant time. It is so apparent when you observe all those smiling faces interacting so nicely with one another.

Last but not least we have experienced one of the more successful Home Shows in years. Instead of trying to name everyone involved I would like to thank Becky Harper and all of her team for a wonderful event. I am honored to have had a part in it, as small as it may have been.
